By accessing our website or engaging Cloud DevOp services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Cloud DevOp provides digital services including website development, mobile app development, digital marketing, SEO, graphic design, CRM, software development, and related services. Service scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in the project proposal/agreement provided before work commences.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment Schedule: Typically 50% advance and 50% upon delivery, or as specified in the project agreement.
- Invoicing: Monthly invoices for ongoing services (SEO, social media, ads management).
- Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause services for overdue payments.
- Currency: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
4. Project Timeline
Timeline estimates are provided in good faith. Delays caused by client feedback delays, requirement changes, or force majeure events are not our responsibility. We commit to timely communication about any delays from our end.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate information and content in a timely manner
- Give prompt feedback and approvals to avoid project delays
- Ensure they have rights to any content or assets provided to us
- Pay as per agreed payment terms
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables (website, designs, software). Cloud DevOp retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless a separate NDA is agreed. Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses.
7. Refund Policy
Advance payments are non-refundable once project work has commenced. For milestone-based projects, refunds are only applicable for undelivered milestones. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at

8. Limitation of Liability
Cloud DevOp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project engagement. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, clients are liable for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
